Artwork Adjustments and Design Proofs
Our graphics department will work to make your artwork fit perfectly on your products, and the more we know about what you want, the smoother the design process. Sending proper artwork file will expedite the design process before the printing can start. Generally, it takes us 48 hours during normal business hours to create a design proof. The design proof will be emailed to you, we cannot start the printing of your order until we have your written approval. Please read the design proof very carefully for any errors or omissions.
Artwork File Formats
Please submit your art as a vector file in one of the following formats:
Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Corel Draw (.cdr) Encapsulated Postscript (.eps), or editable PDF. These vector format allows us to size the artwork up and down to fit the product best and will prevent any loss of clarity or quality with imprinting. We cannot imprint from jpegs, gifs, tiffs or png formats. Artwork should contain gradients or gray scale areas.

Ink Color Matching
If required, please provide a PMS color number. In most cases, there will be an additional charge for a PMS Ink Color Match. If you do not have list a Pantone ink color, we use the ink color listed on your order form, matching the closest to our standard ink colors. Keep in mind the Pantone Matching System (PMS) is used for color matching, but all inks are blended by hand so some variances can be expected between batches, products and orders.
Lettering and Typestyles
We don’t have access to every lettering or typestyle, see our stock list of lettering styles. You can also send us the prepared artwork with the wording in a vector format.
Reverse Imprinting
Not all artwork prints well when reversed. Keep in mind that if you request your artwork with the logo on a color background, small details and lettering can be lost when imprinted. When doing a reversed imprint, bolder is better!
