We care about our customers. We offer one free emailed design proof of your imprint, you get to see how your advertising message will look before we print your order. This saves you money by double checking the imprint and avoiding costly mistakes. We'll typeset up to five lines for your ad message at no charge or email us your logo or electronic artwork.
We never charge for overruns, a common practice of sending 5% to 10% more of the products you actually ordered. We only charge for the exact quantity of advertising or promotional products ordered.
No hidden charges for scanning fees, no extra handling charge on the shipping portion of your invoice, we only bill the actual shipping cost.
We will confirm your order in writing when we bill your credit card.... no surprises - because we care!
